Mine is affected by video games, go-karts, the race track, street bikes, and sometimes by my moods. I think the key is to visualize the possible outcome of the situation. In a video game I only loose a make believe race. In the go-kart, the consequences are also less of an issue. On the street bike, the ability of the machine (while still not legal or safe) more matches that type of action. If you visualize yourself in a not so desirable position, getting a ticket or even getting in an accident, that can definitely act as my reset button. I have the same button when I get in my car.
