					<description>I think it's sad that people are so dumb that they have to still be told don't do that like when they were children. My friend's uncle was run over on a motorcycle by a girl who was texting and speeding. She was charged with manslaughter.</description>

					<description>In the UK talking on a mobile phone is punished by the law. It is rigidly enforced and has now become socially unacceptable. Almost nobody does it anymore. On my current road trip across the US, I was shocked to see so many people using their cell phones. There really must be a change in attitude and the laws should be changed in all states to make it illegal. Then, the police must enforce that law - it is the only way to save lives.</description>

					<description>I really wish the the US would adopt the same laws as they have in the UK. I know that there are select cities in the US that have made it law that you can not be on your cell phone... but not many. Really... what can not wait until you get there! We use to have to do it all of the time!</description>
