Yeah the pictures do paint a clear summary of what can happen at any second. I have a friend who was going about 70 into a turn on the Frwy and hit oil slick. He only had a t-shirt, some dickie's pants and luckily some work boots. He skidded across two lanes for about 30 yards his stomach, back, hips, arms were all hamburger meat. He was in the worst pain ever. I learned my lesson from him. I alway gear up.

I also think this guy wasn't just going 50 or even 80. You know you gave to do something stupid to crash in a straight line, he was probably doing a wheelie and it all went wrong. I doubt you can ride Hyper on two wheels. He learned his lesson though, I will be anything he will never ride with no gear again. Why can't we learn on other people's mistakes?
