The Future Is Bright
written by motodisiac

I think Valentino Rossi gave us all hope. His original plan was to race for Yamaha in 2008 and then probably retire, however his recent remarks give us a hint that he is planning to stay in the game for another year. In the interview to Autosport.com he said: “For 2008 I have a contract with them. If they show me we can still fight, fine. Otherwise we could make a different choice.” Maybe he is thinking about moving to Ducati? Nothing could make his fans happier that seeing the famous Italian on Italian bike. Rossi to Ducati on 2009? Please? Or could he be thinking about full time modeling career?

Rossi is a legend, unfortunately the legend has stalled momentarily while the 800 cc era begins. Slow out of the blocks, all the Japanese manufacturers stared like rabbits caught in headlights as the Ducati sped off into the horizon.
Recent races have shown that the Japanes factories are indeed catching up, next season will be a more even playing field and I firmly believe that there will be no easy ride for Stoner from the off.
Still, 2 more races to go and second place must still be fought for so there will be more excitement to come.

I couldn’t understand some parts of this article Blog, but I guess I just need to check some more resources regarding this, because it sounds interesting.
