					<description>I would actually prefer not to pay and wait till the "dice is rolled". In my &lt;a href="http://www.motodisiac.com/blog/beating-the-speeding-ticket/" rel="nofollow"&gt;previous traffic case&lt;/a&gt; it took over 3 months to get my money back. The LA traffic court had sent the check to the person who served them my paperwork on my behalf. Only after approximately 2 weeks of my nagging this had been established and corrected by the traffic court clerks.</description>
